The room was spacious, well-decorated, and had a nice bathroom.

Staff was very helpful, good location close to shops and resaurants, easy access for getting around the town

The room is a pretty good deal, including beds, a bathroom and a kitchenette for a reasonable price.

It is located a moderate walk from the bus and train stations, but it is all the way across the town from the parts of Santander you'll want to visit.

The staff here was helpful and offered great advice to make our stay enjoyable.

Very helpful and friendly staff wish very good English. Close to the city centre, seafront and bus/ train stations. Comfortable. Was the cheapest option for that day and I got what I paid for.

Could have done with some sort of WiFi access. However, there was a very good, reasonably-priced Internet café nearby.

The location here is fantastic, with a bus stop nearby.

Pretty bare bones but the service was very friendly and the place was very clean. The location was not very close to any beaches but there a lot of really cheap bike rentals let you get around town so that was not a big deal. The beds were small and not perfectly comfortable but compared to to hostels that were similarly priced this was a much welcome opportunity to have a clean place to stay.

The hotel was an interesting place for enjoying a nice enough area, near to all shops as well as many local bars. The room was outstanding and fairly quiet and the bathroom was nice. The breakfast was incredible with a huge variety of food, truly enjoyed it...

The location is wonderful, with easy access to most attractions from the nearby bus stop. the hotel is located in a residential area, which gives it a peaceful vibe. - the public library is just a short stroll away, making it convenient for guests to visit.

Room too old,dirty,no space

Modern and spotless rooms with bathroom, cooking facilities, as for instance, nothing to complain about. Fantastic breakfast, variety of meals.

I had a really lovely stay during my visit.

There were no issues at all and we had a great stay there. Right in the centre of the city it was easy enough to get to the restaurants, shops and the beaches.

It was situated very centrally close to buses and very close to shops, resturants etc. walking distance to harbour, beaches and train station(without luggage!). Was useful to have the kitchen area and hotplate for making drinks and meals.Staff were very helpful.

It was v warm when we were there in August so we had the windows open at night(no air conditioning). It was noisy but this was partly due to the location that was a plus (see above) and the Spanish lifestyle.It is not on a through road so no major traffic noise.Some of the furnishings could do with renewing but then this could put up price.
